Thousands of Jewish women in our community share their time, talent, voice, and resources to help repair and strengthen the local and global Jewish and secular communities. In their roles as volunteers and leaders in our community, local businesses, and even the government women in our community play key roles in addressing the most critical issues of our time—from the future of the Jewish people to the global economy; from education to the environment to anti-Semitism.
Let’s honor these women at The Pearl Society’s Women of Intention 2023 event.
The Pearl Society’s Women of Intention awards will honor six women in our community: our Trailblazer, World-Saver, Flame-keeper, Woman of Promise, Voice of Inspiration, and Community Champion. These are women who respond to injustice with intention—who apply their personal grit and gifts to some of the most difficult issues facing our community and the world—who are indeed Women of Intention.
Not a pearl? Not a problem! Everyone’s invited!

Interested in becoming a Pearl?
You’re a woman who loves and appreciates your Jewish community. You realize you can help it thrive. You want all Jewish children to know what it’s like to celebrate havdallah hand-in-hand with their best friend at summer camp, or to proudly tell their classmates at Christmastime, “I celebrate Chanukah”—without fear.
You’re a part of something bigger than yourself.
You’re a pearl. With your new or existing family gift of $365 or more to the 2023 Community Campaign, you’re a member of a group of inspiring women who make a difference for Jews in our community and around the world.
