For over three decades, HKCLE has been empowering emerging leaders to tackle the challenges facing the Jewish community through its intensive Harry Kay Leadership Institute and alumni programs.
Our successes have brought together passionate individuals from both sides of the river, introduced a new generation to the opportunities and issues within our community, and equipped them with the skills needed to navigate these challenges — in the process elevating the visibility of Jewish organizations in the Twin Cities and globally.
