Sha’arim Friends & Fun

Help create inclusive social opportunities for teens and young adults with special needs by volunteering at a Friends & Fun event. Volunteers not only make our Jewish community a better place for those with special needs, they form remarkable bonds with both the participants and each other.



Jewish Family and Children’s Services offers volunteer opportunities ranging from the Jewish Big Brother/Big Sister program, wrapping gifts for underprivileged families at Chanukah, and driving seniors to doctors’ appointments and on errands.



There are so many ways to brighten the day of a Sholom Home resident: playing bingo, giving manicures, serving Shabbat dinner, bringing in your pet, and more!



STEP, the St. Louis Park Emergency Program, is a valuable resource for Jews in need, providing a Kosher food shelf. But STEP is more than just a food shelf – it provides a full service resource for people in need.
