The Minneapolis Jewish Federation is dedicated to supporting the local Minneapolis Jewish community by nurturing and educating our children, maintaining and strengthening Jewish families, bringing comfort and care to the elderly and by offering opporunities for engagement in Jewish life. We accomplish this through our network of partner agencies and programs.
As a community, we come together to care for our most vulnerable neighbors including Jewish elderly, people with disabilities, immigrants, those seeking mental health support and the unemployed.
The Federation is committed to providing our children with a quality Jewish education, helping them to grow and flourish with a strong Jewish identity. Our support ranges from day and supplemental schools, early childhood education, special education, scholarship assistance and professional development for Jewish educators.
Through a variety of programs, the Federation reaches out to engage community members in Jewish life. From arts and humanities to health and wellness, the Federation provides opportunities for singles, families, teens, college students, and more to feel connected to Judaism and our Jewish community.
